I Refuse False Dichotomies
Spiritual or commercial. Conscious or ruthless. Aligned or profitable.
These aren't choices. They're traps.
Over 20 years, I've built businesses. Over 10 years, I've done the inner work. And the biggest lesson? The "or" is a lie we've been sold.
Henry Reith
The Journey
Motocross Champion
Won UK Motocross Championship at age 9. Got my first bike at 2.5 years old. Grew up in the country—horse riding, racing, proving myself every weekend. I learned early: excellence was how you earned love. That drive shaped everything that came after.
First Business
Built dry stone walls in the UK countryside. Learned that work could be both physical and meditative. Got paid to think while moving rocks.
Accountant + DJ + Web Dev
Dream from age 5: rock star. Became a DJ instead. Ran music events across UK, Ibiza, Canada, Australia. But I also thought accountants ran businesses. So I trained as an accountant. Worked as one while training.
Built websites. Learned systems. Creative + analytical from day one. Discovered I loved both equally.
Marketing Agency & Media
Started a food & drink marketing agency. Founded Fridge Networking for young entrepreneurs. Launched Fridge Magazine—hit #1 on Apple Newsstand. Became a full stack marketer: SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, email automation, copywriting, design, analytics. Top 10% in most disciplines.
Built. Scaled. Burned out. Realised something was missing.
The Crack Opens
Started meditating. Not for productivity. For survival. The Sunday night dread was real. I had revenue, but no resonance.
Oh Crap
Joined Bruce's compostable dog poop bag company. Scaled it from startup to 57 million bags saved. Won AFR Fast Starters 2021.
Built Shopify automations. Ran Google Ads. Shipped council orders. Did the work. But kept meditating.
Doubled Down on Consciousness
Meditation became daily. Added kundalini work. Studied neuroscience. Explored Human Design. Had a kundalini awakening that rewired everything.
The shift wasn't that I became more spiritual. It's that I stopped separating spirit from strategy.
The Absolutely Awesome Framework
60,000+ words. 20 years of building + 10 years of consciousness work. All synthesised into an operating system for entrepreneurs who refuse to choose.
I'm leaving Oh Crap to Bruce (the original founder) and going all-in on helping conscious operators build businesses that honour both bank account and soul.
How I Operate
Five principles that guide everything I build:
1. Action Reveals Alignment
You can't think your way into alignment. You have to move. Start. Build. The Absolutely Awesome Framework calls these "ceilings" – the invisible limits you only discover by hitting them. Action gives you data. Data shows you what's aligned.
2. Both/And Thinking
Spiritual and commercial. Conscious and ruthless. Meditation and conversion rate optimisation. The moment you accept "both," the game changes.
3. Systems Set You Free
Freedom isn't chaos. It's well-designed systems running in the background. I automate ruthlessly so I can create consciously.
4. Frameworks Over Formulas
Formulas are rigid. Frameworks are flexible. I don't hand you a paint-by-numbers. I hand you a way of seeing, then you paint your own picture.
5. Continuous Evolution
I'm a 4/6 in Human Design. That means I'm wired to experiment, learn, share, then step back and observe. I'm not done. I'm evolving.

For those who like frameworks and diagnostics:
Human Design
Type
Generator
Profile
4/6 (Opportunist / Role Model)
Authority
Sacral Authority
Translation: I'm wired to respond, not initiate. My gut knows before my head does. The 4/6 profile means first half of life is experimentation, second half is integration and teaching. I'm in that transition now – on the metaphorical roof, watching patterns emerge.
Myers-Briggs: ENTJ
The "Commander." I see systems. I organise chaos. I build structures that scale. But I'm not a corporate ENTJ – I'm a conscious one. Think: strategic visionary meets spiritual operator.
Love Languages
Primary: Quality Time
Presence matters. Show up fully or don't show up at all.
Secondary: Physical Touch
Connection through body. Hugs, handshakes, high-fives.
Dyslexic (Multi-Modal Processor)
I see patterns before words. School only measured reading and writing. That's where dyslexia hit me. But I was strong verbally—speaking, audio, persuasion. School never tested that.
So as a teenager, I started asking questions. Why did school make me feel stupid when I knew I had gifts? That's when I found Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences. There were 9 types. School tested 2. I was strong in 8.5 of them.
I learned from a very early age: question everything. One of the biggest skills in life is asking good questions. I built my own system—audio, visual, kinesthetic—because I knew I had gifts. I just needed the right questions to find the framework.
How I Work in Teams
TMS Profile: Thruster Organiser. Assessor Developer. Concluder Producer. (Margerison-McCann framework)
I set strategy. Build systems. Evaluate data. Push for results. Give me a messy problem and we'll brainstorm the questions to ask, create automations and frameworks, and solve it quickly.
I value autonomy. Don't micromanage me. I won't micromanage you. But I will hold you accountable. I expect high standards because I hold them for myself.
What I'm not in teams: Detail executor. I lose myself in code and automation when I'm building alone. But in teams, I delegate details and focus on strategy and direction. I'm the entrepreneur who gets things in the right order and commands. Not patient with mediocrity. If you need hand-holding, we won't work well together.
Full Stack: Marketer → Entrepreneur → CEO
Most people are creative OR analytical. I've always been both. Accountant training + DJ career in my late teens. Double maths + design. Code + copy. Systems + art.
Through my 20s, I became what you'd call a full stack marketer. Top 10% in most marketing disciplines worldwide. SEO. PPC. Conversion optimization. Email automation. Copywriting. Design. Analytics.
But never the very best. That's the key. I know when I'm at 90% and when I need to hire a specialist for that last 10%. I can do an awful lot myself. But I also know when to delegate.
Over time, that evolved: Full stack marketer → Full stack entrepreneur → Full stack CEO. Running Oh Crap meant dealing with everything. Operations. Finance. Tech. Marketing. People. Systems. Strategy. I learned to code through entrepreneurship, not the other way around. So I think outcomes-first, not tools-first. Build the best solution—code, no-code, outsource, doesn't matter. The outcome is what counts.
What Shadow Work Actually Did
I won the UK Motocross Championship when I was 9 years old. Got my first bike at 2.5. Grew up in the country—horse riding, racing, proving myself every weekend.
My father was always away working during the week. Weekends were motocross. That's when I saw him. That's when I could prove I was worthy of love. Excellence became my language because affection wasn't.
That drive shaped everything. Businesses. Achievements. Success. I thought it was ambition. It was actually wounding.
Shadow work showed me the truth: I was driven by lack. Proving. Needing to earn worthiness. My body lived in stress. My nervous system was always activated. I was achieving, but I wasn't free.
Once I became aware of that pattern, it lost its power.
Not because I "healed" it. Because I saw it. Awareness dissolved what unconsciousness had built. The father wound didn't disappear. But it stopped running me.
My body is free now. I'm still driven. But from creation, not lack. From abundance, not proof. The same excellence, different source.
This is what most people miss: Awareness itself is transformative. You don't need to fix the wound. You need to see it. Question it. Understand where it came from and what it's been trying to do. That's what shadow work did. And that's what I help clients do—not just build better businesses, but understand what's actually driving them.
Consciousness Practices
The inner work that changed everything:
The Origin: Age 18
I broke my back in four places. Nearly died. Had a full out-of-body experience that showed me there's more to reality than the 3D world we're taught to believe in.
Back then, I didn't have the framework to interpret what happened. But it planted a seed: consciousness is real. Energy is real. And there's work to be done beyond the material plane.
Ziva Meditation + Own Practice
Primary practice: Ziva technique. Plus custom meditations I've designed. Non-negotiable 20+ minutes daily.
Kundalini Work
Had a kundalini awakening 6 years ago. Still integrating. Still learning.
Breathwork
Wim Hof. Holotropic. Pranayama. Different tools for different states.
Shadow Work
Facing what you don't want to see. Integrating the parts you've rejected.
Parental Wound Healing
Father wounds. Mother wounds. Realised I wasn't talking to people – I was talking to the stories I'd projected onto them from childhood. Changed everything in business and relationships.
Habit Loop Rewiring
James Clear method + shadow work. Identify the cue, rewire the loop. Fixed my lifelong sleep issues completely.
Journaling + Doodling
Fountain pen. Stream of consciousness. Diagrams. The act of handwriting reveals patterns and embeds change. You never know what's going to emerge.
Stream of Thought Practice
Talk until patterns emerge. Keep talking even when it feels like nonsense. Voice-to-text for decades. The mouth knows before the brain does.
Custom Reprogramming Audio
Binaural beats, soundscapes, custom tracks I design for specific reprogramming outcomes. Meditation is just one part.
Vision Audio Tracks
Written vision recorded with soundscapes. Listen daily. Updated once since creating. Manifestation in audio form.
Barefoot Living (3 Years)
Shoes only at the gym (barefoot shoes). Grounding. Connection to earth. Massively improved physical health.
Past Life Release Work
Actions today programmed from past lives. Once I saw where they came from, they dissolved immediately. Sounds wild. Works.
Ecstatic Dance
Movement as meditation. Body as instrument. No talking, just feeling.
Screaming Practices
Release stuck energy. Sound as catharsis. Not for everyone. Powerful for me.
Chakra-Aligned Affirmations
Custom affirmations designed for each energy centre. Recorded in my own voice.
Out-of-Body + Angel Work
Astral projection (Robert Monroe method). Connecting to guides and higher-dimensional support. Yes, I'm serious.
The point? I don't just talk about consciousness. I've done the work. I continue to do the work. And I know what it takes to integrate spiritual practice with commercial success because I've lived both sides.
